“Aristokids” is a comprehensive experiential program designed to empower children and parents through activities focused on:
✅ Healthy nutrition
✅ Positive body image
✅ Prevention of eating disorders and bullying behaviors
What the program includes:
🍎 Interactive workshops for children in 4 Creative Activity Centers for Children (KDAP) and 6 daycare centers within the Municipality of Aristotle
👨👩👧 Educational seminars for parents
📘 Development of the “Aristokids” Guide: A practical guide for parents and children featuring useful advice, healthy meal ideas, and child-friendly recipes
