Andreas Boutsoukis is a Project Officer at AristoTales, responsible for implementing actions that promote active youth participation, particularly in rural and remote areas.

He has more than 11 years of professional experience in customer service and human resource management, having worked in the hospitality sector as a Front Office Agent. Through this experience, he developed strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to manage demanding situations and coordinate multiple processes effectively.

In parallel, his three years of experience supporting people with disabilities strengthened his empathy, patience, and understanding of the needs of vulnerable and marginalized groups. This experience provides a strong foundation for his contribution to social inclusion and accessibility-focused activities.

At AristoTales, he combines his organizational and people-management experience with expertise in the management and implementation of European projects. His responsibilities include:

• Coordination and implementation of Erasmus+ and European Solidarity Corps (ESC) projects
• Coordination and implementation of DGJW, VET, and Adult Mobility projects
• Management of volunteer teams and local community engagement activities
• Preparation of reports and support in the development and submission of project proposals
• Communication and cooperation with local and international partners
• Mobilization of young people and promotion of their active participation in the local community

Andreas is also actively involved in volunteering, including initiatives organized in cooperation with the Municipality of Thessaloniki focusing on environmental protection and the clean-up of public spaces. His continued involvement in volunteering reflects his strong commitment to community well-being and active citizenship.

Andreas believes that meaningful change starts at the local level. Through practical thinking, strong organizational skills, and social awareness, he contributes to transforming AristoTales’ ideas into concrete actions and tangible outcomes for young people and local communities.
